Guest Trivia247 Posted January 31, 2005 Report Posted January 31, 2005 HBK still looks decent enough out there, maybe a ting slower, but thats too be expected, he works pretty well with his limited schedule. But makes you wonder for those who have some complaint on his age... Who was His age by the time he appeared in the WWF back in late 88/89?
Art Sandusky Posted January 31, 2005 Report Posted January 31, 2005 I don't get the question. Are you asking how old he is, or who was his current age in 1988?
Guest Trivia247 Posted January 31, 2005 Report Posted January 31, 2005 He's 40 this year, right? he will be by July 25th so yea 40 this year

Guest The Shadow Behind You Posted January 31, 2005 Report Posted January 31, 2005 Just use math here. We said he's currently 39. Dont give him the answer here. Let him figure this out.

Art Sandusky Posted January 31, 2005 Report Posted January 31, 2005 I dunno, Hogan? Savage? Piper? (what's the point of this again?)
Guest Trivia247 Posted January 31, 2005 Report Posted January 31, 2005 I dunno, Hogan? Savage? Piper? (what's the point of this again?) The point is that that various people of similar age was doing quite well at the time like HBK is now. When people come on and whine because someone like HBK is too old now. What were his contemporaries when he started? Randy Savage is one
Art Sandusky Posted January 31, 2005 Report Posted January 31, 2005 Back then the median age of WWF wrestlers was older than it is now. Could you really see those wrestlers of the 80s working a match in today's fast-paced, brawl-happy temprament?

Though depending on the Methodical pace of the wrestlers of that age to now. Some could be able to translate from one style to another.. though I don't know few who would want to reduce their moves so that the punch kick forumli would be more appropiate to now a days
DMann2003 Posted January 31, 2005 Report Posted January 31, 2005 Flair was his age at that time So was Andre
Kahran Ramsus Posted January 31, 2005 Report Posted January 31, 2005 Flair didn't get old until the NWO era though. He was something of an exception. Andre could barely walk. Shawn's body looks old. He's taken a lot more punishment than guys like Hogan did. Hogan didn't really fall apart until 1999 or so, when his knees got really bad.
