Hey you EQ2 players? Want a pizza?

Recommended Posts

BTW, for those you people who think MMORPGers are nuts... Its sunk to a whole new low.

In Everquest 2, if you type /pizza you'll get an in game browser that you can fill out and have your nearest PizzaHut deliever your pizza to you, so that it doesn't interrupt with your gaming.

Don't believe me? Here's the link EQ2 Pizza Hut

I feel ashamed to be a MMORPGer now.

They should have something for fat ass people to type so that the delivery guy walks into their house and presents the pizza without the person even having to pause their game.

Make it World of Warcraft and Papa Johns and I might buy in

You can order Papa John's online but that's not really the same thing...

I know. Hell, I could walk to the Papa John's right next to my apartment complex

I just hate Pizza Hut

So why can't these people just stop for two minutes and grab the phone?

Because apparently doing it this way is more "convient" than having to spend 5 minutes on the phone that might take you away from your "questing".

Seriously though, this is all kinds of messed up. How can someone be so fucking utterly lazy to actually use that? Ugh...

Also, starting next week, players will be able to type "/sex" and a computer simulated teenage girl voice will point at you and laugh uncontrollably, that way you never have to leave the house or even go to school.

Note: typing "/school" will cause your lunch money to disappear.

Typing /sunlight automatically bans you from the current server for treason, I hear.

I have a question. Do all MMORPGs have a huge subscription fee? The only one I ever bought was City of Heroes and the fee was ridiculous.

That's the main reason I never play MMORPG's is the money.

THe other reason is that I can't get into them to play them long enough. I can play maybe 2 hours a day. And within a day everyone that I had befriended and joined a group with are way higher levels. That and I hate running around repeteadely to get stupid shit for stupid errand boys quests.

I have a friend who's girlfriend lives with him and they only have one computer and they fight over Worlds of Warcraft.

It's kind of funny b/c like he'll go to the bathroom and come back and she's sitting there logging him out and logging on.

Also he's actually lost weight(he was already fairly skinny) since he started playing. He works an overnight warehouse job that requires manual labor and then he never eats when playing the game.

Ok, that's a little warped, but that's standard in a house with many multi-MMORPGers in the house. Can't stand not questing with friends. Although, to the degree they seem to be at is a little unhealthy.

As for the MMORPG, its never for the money actually Dama. Its just there isn't a game that appeals to you. Trust me, I swore on my console system (at the time I had them) that I wouldn't ever play a MMORPG. Two years later, here I am, playing AC2.

And hey Slayer, that comic is actually where I got the link to this little tidbit, but only on Friday. ^_^

He just posted that comic this morning though.

Oh well

Miss Slayer got a good laugh out of the whole concept too and said she's glad I'm not that bad when it comes to my liking WoW.

Miss Slayer always throws profanity towards me when she hears that I'm the one on the phone :(

^_^ Meant the strip, not the comic you posted. My bad. He had the link up on Friday, but didn't do the comic on it till today. Sorry for the confusion I caused.
