Guest Arnold_OldSchool Report post Posted February 24, 2005 Cause wrestler's never lie, and/or Vince called after the interview and said "Hey here's 5 grand, come play with us for an evening"
cawthon777 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2005 I'm thinking Duggan is inducting Volkoff. That makes a lot more sense. PLUS ... they give us 5 names to start off with ... wait a bit, then give us Piper ... wait a bit, then give us Duggan? No. The last name on the list, ahead of Piper, is not going to be Hacksaw. If anything it will be Hogan himself. Check out this recent Duggan interview. It leads me to believe he's not getting in this year. This was conducted Feb 10. Credit: The Official Website of Hacksaw Jim Duggan It's been rumored online that you could possibly be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2005 at Wrestlemania. Is there any truth behind this? No, I don't think so. I think Sheik is, all those guys are ten years older than me and had great careers. I'm not holding my breath to be inducted into the Hall Of Fame, especially Vince's, not that I have a bad relationship with Vince but it's just something if it happens then that's great, if not that's ok too. Is it something you would like to be a part of? I think anytime you're honored, of course Vince is a different deal, I mean if you were inducted by your peers, that would be one thing. IWD 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2005 How come they've only sporadically announced the 2005 Hall of Fame inductees ? They gave us five on Smackdown, then announced Piper two weeks later on Raw, and nothing since. Wouldn't it make more sense to only announce one new HOFamer each Raw/Smackdown so that you might get a couple people tuning in to see it? Did Duggan have any good matches at all in the WWF that could be put on the DVD? I guess theres his Royal Rumble win, has that ever been shown before? I'm fairly sure Rumble '88 was never on home video. There was a clip of him winning in the intro sequence to one of the Rumbles - 2003 perhaps? Cheers.
