I really liked Star Wars as a kid and don't really care about it now, so the children's movie stance holds water.

 

I enjoy the original Star Trek series in small doses. A wonderland of samples, to be sure. Plus everyone knows the voices, so when they say something fucked up all out of context, it makes an impact.
