Art Sandusky Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 Okay, who the hell thought it was a good idea to call me through some perverted "talk over the phone using a middleman (woman in this case) typing on a keyboard" thing. All they could do was make fun of Popick and say a bunch of unoriginal, unfunny crap. Considering how pointless and supremely lame the whole thing was, I'd say it was FrigidSoul.
Guest Failed Mascot Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 I don't have your number nor would I ever want to call you.
Guest Failed Mascot Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 and I certainly wouldn't want to put a female through the pain of talking to you.
Art Sandusky Posted March 16, 2005 Author Report Posted March 16, 2005 You were asking her what junior high school she went to, dude.
Guest Failed Mascot Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 It was probably Matt Young. He fucks the 14 year olds.
Art Sandusky Posted March 16, 2005 Author Report Posted March 16, 2005 Naw dude, she explicitly said "oh man, Matt Young is so much cooler than FrigidSoul ever dreamed of being." Then silence. She spoke. "This couldn't be Matt."
Guest Failed Mascot Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 There are some invisible lines that shouldn't be crossed.
Art Sandusky Posted March 16, 2005 Author Report Posted March 16, 2005 ^^^ Suck ^^^ It's FrigidSoul's left asscheek.
The Czech Republic Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 Who can't see the change in Mayer-lution, really.
Guest news_gimmick Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 Heh, I don't have a good feeling about where this is going...
The Czech Republic Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 Your signature is funny for reasons I can't explain.
The Czech Republic Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 You're not the punky QB known as McMahon.
Guest news_gimmick Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 You are gonna make me listen to the superbowl shuffle, aren't ya?
The Czech Republic Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 They say Jimbo is our man If Jimmy can't do it, I sure can! This is Steve, and it's no wonder I run like lightning, pass like thunder So bring on Atlanta! Bring on Dallas! This is for Mike and Papa Bear Halas We're not here to feathers ruffle We just came here to do the Super Bowl Shuffle
Guest news_gimmick Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 Beautiful, you just can't have that type of entertainment from sports teams nowadays.
The Czech Republic Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 You just know after the New England Patriots got bitchslapped by the '85 Bears, they would plan their eventual revenge against charisma and personality by dominating the league with their patented brand of individuality-fearing coach-fellating drones. It doesn't even seem worth it any more.
Guest news_gimmick Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 I agree, the NFL is sorely lacking likeable personalities that reach a wider audience (of course not including the fans of specific teams) Although there need to be more entertaining individuals throughout all sports, not just football.
The Czech Republic Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 The NBA has too much personality and I actually find myself liking the Spurs sometimes because they play basketball well and aren't a bunch of obnoxious jackasses. Baseball is fine I guess, Curt Schilling and the Red Sox-Yankees rivalry entertain me, the Cubs last year amused me in that sort of look-down-and-shake-your-head "Oh you dumbshits are really doing it this time" way. Hockey just needs to exist.
Guest Vitamin X Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 ... The `85 Bears played quite a similar style although your fond memory of them probably clouds that. Smash them with defense, run the ball. Remember the `00 Ravens? I remember the `96 Packers beating the hyped Bill Parcells-Bill Belichick Patriots, some of which are still on the team today. It is amusing to see Adam Vinatieri whiff on the kickoff return by Desmond Howard that put the Pack ahead for good that day. My hazy memory will have to live off of that for the next 30 years or so. Amazing to know that Jon Gruden, Mike Sherman, Andy Reid, and Steve Marriuci all came from that same Mike Holmgren coaching staff.
The Czech Republic Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 Yeah it was run-heavy and defense-heavy but it seems like the Bears have always been like that. And even if the styles are similar, Ditka, Payton, and McMahon are 200 times cooler than Belichick, Dillon, and Brady. No I don't remember the 00 Ravens. In fact, I'm still skeptical that Super Bowl XXXV transpired. I haven't seen much concrete proof that the Ravens beat the Giants. I actually wanted the Packers to win that game. Dirty secret. Like everyone says, it was just so hard to hate Brett Favre and Reggie White that year.
The Czech Republic Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 I'm fine with hockey not existing. I'd be great with YOU not existing.
Guest DonVito Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 I'm still stunned Trent Dilfer quarterbacked a team to a super bowl championship. I didn't mind him when he was on the Bucs, but he never really was the most skilled quarterback around. I didn't think he would ever be able to lead a team to a championship. The team's defense played a huge part, but it's still amazing he didn't mess it up for the Ravens.

Like everyone says, it was just so hard to hate Brett Favre and Reggie White that year. I never really liked Ditka and thought he was terribly overrated as a coach. His run with the Saints proved it. He owed a lot to Buddy Ryan. Matter of opinion I guess, but I like Belichick better.. the whole "serious genius" thing appeals to me for some reason. Funny too, that Jim McMahon happened to be Favre's backup for a while too, including that year. Only man I think with a Super Bowl ring as a Bear and a Packer.
