Damaramu 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2005 Well.....none of these higher seeds are really getting after it. None of them except maybe Illinois and UNC are playing inspired basketball. You'd think they will all pick it up in the 2nd round.
smh810 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2005 Louisville is only up 3 and Syracuse is trailing to those fucking Howard Dean hippies this isnt good.

They probably looked worse in the first round than any of the top-level teams.

Well if the first round is any indication then UNC will run away with it. And TECHNICAL!? BULLSHIT! That is a fucking bullshit call! Fuck these refs!
iggymcfly 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2005 I was thinking, there's something about having an easy road that helps a team stay rested and play well throughout the tournament. Both UConn and GT had a lot of easy games early last year. With that being said, it would be really nice if Georgia Tech got to play Lafayette and then Pacific before facing Gonzaga. Who knows, with that road, maybe they'll get lucky and knock off Illinois.

Damaramu 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2005 And fuck the ref's in this Syracuse/Vermont game.
iggymcfly 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2005 No, I remembered it. I even put $40 on the money line, so that when Georgia Tech wins, I'll make like $15 on the bet.

Guest Shadow Report post Posted March 19, 2005 If anyone lives around here, You'd think UK/UC was for the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP OF ALL TIME. The area is litterally going more nuts for this then almost nething i've ever witnessed, including sb's and world series.

2GOLD 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2005 The pathetic thing about the DSU/Duke game is if DSU would have hit even half their shots lately, they would be beating Duke. 5 missed lay-ups, I mean...lay-ups. IF they just make LAY-UPS, they would be much closer. Duke isn't beating Delaware State, Delaware State is beating Delaware State. And that is damn pathetic that Duke needs DSU to beat themselves. iggymcfly 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2005 This Syracuse/Vermont game doesn't really affect my bracket at all, and I didn't bet on it or anything, but I really hope Vermont wins. There hasn't been a good upset all year, and I really like this Vermont team a lot.

mike546 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2005 Man, the Vermont player with the rug on his head looked scared shitless on that last possesion. He was like trembling when he made that pass. Der Kommissar 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2005 I HATE YOU CBS~! 15 seconds left for Cuse and your making me watch louisville which has 4 minutes to go!!! I am stuck with Northern Iowa/Wisconsin. The Louisville game can't be any worse than that. Then again, it did allow me to see N. Iowa royally fuck up an alley oop, but it is not like a game I really want to see when another game is close with 15 seconds to go.

iggymcfly 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2005 What a shot by Sorrentine! He was about ten feet beyond the arc, and he just dribbled the clock down, knowing the defender wouldn't guard him from that far. That's just beautiful.
