If that's the case, then I can think up about 100+ teams who would love it they were that terrible. Of course I can't see WV getting by Arizona/Illinois, but stranger things have happened. Â Also, as an aside, I just read that the Wisconsin-Stevens Point Pointers won the Division III Championship.
