Fro 0 Report post Posted April 3, 2005 I posted that... it aired at about 12:30 as I was waiting for Impact to come on. The ad says some things like "THIS GAME IS NOT OVER" and "They have unfinished business" etc etc. It definitely was billed as Batista/HHH II like it was a boxing or MMA match. That seems to indicate that Batista is winning.
Guest Brian Report post Posted April 3, 2005 Cena should win via blood stoppage. It's the best way out of not giving him the belt. And susequently layout JBL, his lackeys, the security, a few fans, the refs, a few police officers, and half the SmackDown heel locker room. He snaps, he goes off the deep end, because his character needs that final push. As for the title shot, I really doubt someone would put off their chance to win the title for a full year. A lot of shit can happen between then, and there's really no reason to forgo an immediate chance to take the belt for something so off in the future. And injury, the royal rumble, a number of events could all screw up the risk put forth. These are guys who have been waiting for the opportunity to get that title, and you expect them to push it into the background? The belt is that stage; the access to that stage. 2GOLD 0 Report post Posted April 3, 2005 2Gold: So...almost like last year. ...but would Batista and Cena cellebrate in the ring together like last year? No, they shouldn't. That was an extremely special situation since Eddie and Chris had both waited so long to be on top, it was a very special moment. Cena and Batista should remain seperate. And the difference needs to be, they MUST avoid burying their secondary heels. Hassan, for as much as I dislike his character, MUST get the upper hand on Austin and Hogan. Hell, have Piper turn on Austin and Hogan and lay out Hogan from behind. Hassan cannot be sold down the river when he is finally getting solid heel reactions. The only heel I cannot see going over is Orton and that's more injury related now. But they can make him look strong as hell. They can make him a super heel without him even winning the match. For once they cannot waste Mania. Last year, they wasted it. They didn't make the World Champions the focus.
Guest Shadow Report post Posted April 3, 2005 I'd have Davari take the stunner while Hassan gets away untouched.
