DMann2003 Posted April 11, 2005 Report Posted April 11, 2005 I'd never heard of this film, directed by Carl Reiner it stars Henry Winkler as an actor in the 1950's who becomes a pro wrestler to make money, but of course it affects his love life. I just turned it on midway on HBO but there's a scene where Winkler's character (a goostepping Nazi, JBL's inspiration) faces a good ol'army boy, who just happens to be Roddy Piper. Is anyone else familiar with this film.
Dobbs 3K Posted April 11, 2005 Report Posted April 11, 2005 Never heard of it....sounds entertaining though.
cawthon777 Posted April 11, 2005 Report Posted April 11, 2005 Looks like Chavo Sr. was also in it, along with a few other old school names. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0078034/fullcredits
Guest news_gimmick Posted April 11, 2005 Report Posted April 11, 2005 Also has the legendary Hervé Villechaize in it, I'm gonna scour for this bad boy.
