From what I can tell, the opening lazer display and commentary has been cut, along with about a minute of a resthold during the Valiant/Kabuki match

 

The WWE version starts with the intros of the opening match

And may I just say that OldSkoolNWA is about as good as it gets with tape trades and quality. I have a copy of Starrcade 83 from him, amongst MANY other deals we've done, and it just doesn't get better. HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION!!
