Brett Favre 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2005 That's why I pray that Raymond Felton falls down to the Knicks. A Felton and Marbury backcourt, with Crawford (he's a great passer himself, probably his best attribute) coming off the bench would be fun to watch. Plus, no big man with star potential will drop that far down to 8. Although with Felton's stock rising, it's 50/50 whether or not he'd drop that far himself. I think the Knicks have to start Mike Sweetney next season, he has shown his potenntial, now it's time to give him the starting role. They need to draft another big man, who can rebound. Chris Taft in my opinion is that player. They need to draft him.
Brett Favre 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2005 Taft stock is dropping so much that he's probable at 30. Sweetney did start last year, and wasn't as impressive as I thought he should have been. He fouls too much, and doesn't move on defense. The only other big man i'd probably draft is Charlie Villanueva because of the star potential. Other than that, there are star potential guards at 8. Hes ok, but hes not explosive, isn't really that great on offense, and I could definitley see him failing in the NBA.
