Internet Explorer won't load a new page (pop-up)

I use Firefox, but I need IE to load a certain player.

 

So I changed IE to default. Clicked on the link. And the problem is, my IE won't load the second page from the link.

 

A small page should pop up on top of the original. However, it doesn't.

 

Example: Click THIS LINK to take the poll. When you click "THIS LINK", a new small little box page should load. It won't, in this case.

 

Anywhere in settings this might be fixable?

reset yer defaults in IE, thats all i can think of, make sure you don't have a pop-up blocker like the google toolbar.

Try holding down CTRL when you click the link. If something is blocking the popup, that's the general default to get around it.
