I downloaded something with picture but no sound

I downloaded a .cd1 file and while it will play in Windows Media and RealOne, I get no sound.

 

How do I get sound to work?

Anyway, you should be getting a error message saying that you are missing the audio codec and usully you can find out which one it is through clicking that more information or more help button. If not, you can check the properties of the file, find out what audio codec was used to make it and go and download it.
