Need help migrating files

I just got a new PC and want to migrate all my files easily. I have tried networking the two together but the old PC doesn't have the right driver (I guess) I'm not sure what I need, driver wise, to get this to work. I have the CAT 6 wire to link the two together but can't get it to go any further.

 

Any help would be much appericated.

Nah, she's trying to move files from the old computer to the new one.

 

Google network setup. You should be able to wire them together and take what you need.
