Maven and Edge: The Colossal Connection version 2. If Maven is in a ring with Angle it should be to let Angle wipe the mat with him. Maven got squashed by D-Von, but it looks like he's going to feud with Angle now. If they want to do anything with Maven they should put him in the CW division for now.

Keep him as far away from the cruiserweight division as possible. I'm fine with Hurricane, Kidman, Tajiri, and Chavo, plus Rey coming in for now.

From reading spoilers, it feels to me like it's a Maven-Christian feud, not a Maven-Angle feud.

Let's hope it's not an Angle-Maven feud. If Angle is feuding with Edge, great! With, Lance Storm or any other midcarder, Great! But not Maven.

Umm... you know they do kinda edit it before airing.  It may not be in that order.  AND just remember its been 1 week since the PPV... lets at least see where things stand after next weeks Smackdown before the real bashing begins.  I at least am encouraged by some of the stuff going on.

If they find someway to edit Jericho acting scared of Mark Henry or needing a chair to beat him off the show, then that would be great. If they find a way to edit Taker, Hogan and Vince off the show entirely, then maybe this show might not be so bad after all.

 

But even if this Jericho/Henry thing is just a one week thing, how can you defend Jericho having to cheat to beat someone as lowly and unover as Mark Henry? The end of the match should have been Henry tapping to the WOJ. They could have put over how Jericho made the strongest man in the world tap out. At least it would have had a point and could have started to rebuild the WOJ. How is Jericho supposed to be a credible heel if he can't beat ANYONE clean?

yeah. anyway, reasons why HHH-Storm is OK but Jericho-Henry is not.

 

1. Most fans see HHH as a strong competitor who can beat anyone in the WWF.

 

2. Most fans see Jericho as a pussy who can only win if it's handed to him by an inanimate steel object or someone named "McMahon".

 

3. Storm is very talented in the ring, and has a small cult following.

 

4. Henry has no redeeming qualities, and is hated by everyone. (And I don't just mean everyone no this board, I mean everyone.)
