Guest JMA Posted August 22, 2005 Report Posted August 22, 2005 I'll list mine first: Newsarama A Finer World Silver Bullet Comics Comic Book Resources Buzzscope
Renegade Posted August 22, 2005 Report Posted August 22, 2005 Well not so much for reviews but I go to CBR for anything comic related.
Guest JMA Posted August 22, 2005 Report Posted August 22, 2005 I like thefourthrail.com, myself. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I've been there a few times myself.
starvenger Posted August 23, 2005 Report Posted August 23, 2005 I'll list mine first: Newsarama A Finer World Silver Bullet Comics Comic Book Resources Buzzscope <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Newsarama, CBR and IPs Nexus.
Guest JMA Posted August 25, 2005 Report Posted August 25, 2005 Does anyone have an opinion on what the BEST news/review site is? Which one is the "total package," so to speak?
starvenger Posted August 25, 2005 Report Posted August 25, 2005 I don't know that there is one good "total package" site, really. The "smaller" sites tend to focus more on reviews, while the larger ones can afford to do more interviews and essays.
Vampiro69 Posted August 26, 2005 Report Posted August 26, 2005 I like going to the Inside Pulse's Comic Nexus site. It gives reviews along with articles and interviews. Plus they link stories to the major sites for their sources so you can check out the major news stories.

That one, along with Newsarama.com are pretty much the only ones I visit.
Sass Posted September 3, 2005 Report Posted September 3, 2005 I go to my local comic book stores. The guy's running those places seem to know more about what's going on (or what's going to happen) than the sites do. Plus, a couple of them are guys who have been selling books for 30 + years and have some stories and tales to share all the time about something.

They're certainly less obsessive than many of the comic fans you see online.
