Kurt Angle on a local sport show here in Nashville

I was just flipping around and I turned to NewsChannel 5 in Nashville and on a call in sports show Kurt Angle is on. A fan asked what he thought about the WWE now. He said it was different. Back when he first started that let him build up his character but, now all it is is Kurt Angle vs. whoever. And that they need to go back to building up characters.

Caller asked about other olympic wrestlers. Kurt named Ken Pantera and Mark Henry. Said that we never got to see what kind of a wrestler Mark turned out to be because he was always getting hurt. We wouldn't see him for more then 2 or 3 months before he got hurt. Said that with a 10-year contract that he should have done a way better job then what he did. And said it the contract was a waste.

 

A caller asked what's the future between WWE and TNA and Kurt said there is no future.

 

Kurt said he begged Vince for a match against Goldberg. Said that Goldberg was a good wrestler but, a great athlete and he was a big star that drew money and had a great looked. And those are the reasons that Kurt wanted to wrestle him.

 

A caller said that Angle was a great bad guy. Angle said he loved being a bad guy but, he so good a being one that the fans end up cheering him and told the fans to boo him more.
