NFL Opening Week 2005

I'll cosign that movement, yes!

And by the way, Kyle Boller REALLY reminds me of Ryan Leaf, even in appearance.

If only he'd snap on the media and tell them to get out of his fucking face, he WOULD be Ryan Leaf.

Leaf was a #2 pick --- which means he's FAR more talented.

And Mel Kiper wanted the Colts to draft him, which means Mel thinks he's better than Peyton, since they wouldn't have had to draft Peyton with Leaf there.

You don't get better than that.

Well, I sincerely hope Terrell and Alge Crumpler kick all kinds of ass tomorrow.

You knew there was trouble when the Ravens were trying to convince Elvis Grbac to come out of retirement to lead the team. That is just a scary, scary, SCARY thought.

Why not spend some time trying to get Kitna out of Cincy?

Well, unless winning is not their goal.

Has Boller ever cried during locker room interiews about local fans booing him like Tim Couch?

I said Leaf would be a flop.

Seriously, even at Wizzou came across has a real jackass. The 5 receiver sets and pass happy offense which inflated his numbers also made him overrated.

To paraphrase a joke from Lewis Black about the Rams v Pats SuperBowl:

With the NFL's subtle touch, I am now rooting FOR the hurricane.

What was the original quote?

They're a Super Bowl team! They don't need a quarterback!

GUYS. SHUT UP. THIS IS KYLE BOLLER'S TEAM. THEY WILL HAVE NO OTHER QUARTERBACKS BESIDES HIM.

...

I heard Kordell Stewart is available.

The Ravens could buy one of the University of Nebraska alumni for cheap.....what is Jason White doing?

After the pre-game show about 9/11, he actually rooted against freedom or something similar.

After watching his performance, I refuse to believe that Stover never kicked for my Gamecocks.

7 years between shutouts? Billick might as well put a paper bag over his head at this point.

Uh huh, I'm sure this defense is going to be pitching shutouts the rest of the year now.

Some Ravens fan around here made some ridiculously long season-long predictions column some time ago, I believe it was actually even before pre-season, about how talented the Ravens were and that they were a legit Super Bowl contender, better than the Patriots, Colts, everybody, and that they'd end up something ridiculous like 15-1, 14-2 or some shit.

Where is that guy.
