I loved Guiliani BEFORE Sept. 11th.  Here's a fun little game: watch any movie filmed in NYC in the 70's and early 80s.  The place was an absolute decaying dump.  Rudy cleaned that town up beyond belief.

Wasn't it bad enough once when they were speculating the same thing in the Senate race?
