Bored Posted October 15, 2005 Author Report Posted October 15, 2005 It went backwards out of bounds. TOUCDOWN USC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guest *KNK* Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 wow. Reggie Bush basically shoved Matt into the end zone there.
Fökai Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 Wait a minute if the ball came out and went through the endzone, that's a change of possession isn't it? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It went backward out of bounds. REGGIE BUSH SAVES THE DAY, BITCHES!
CanadianChris Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 TOUCHDOWN LEINART!!! OMG, what a finish...
Urban Warfare Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 This game is already on ESPN Classic.
Guest *KNK* Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 what a mind fuckingly awesome game with a awesomely fun finish...and Im still confused here.
mike546 Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 What a call. If he doesn't get in, its over.
Bored Posted October 15, 2005 Author Report Posted October 15, 2005 Bleh, Notre Dame fans chanting "bullshit" but it was the fault of the ref and time keeper for what happened. Leinart clearly fumbled it out of bounds but they kept running the clock.
Guest *KNK* Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 When Matt gets his cushy NFL contract, that better get deferred to Reggie Bush because Reggie saved that last play there with his shove.
CanadianChris Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 That was fucking BULLSHIT <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What was bullshit about it? The refs got it right after initially getting it wrong.
therealworldschampion Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 At first I thought Carroll fucked himself by not allowing for replay, but wow just wow...
Guest *KNK* Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 That was fucking BULLSHIT <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What was bullshit about it? The refs got it right after initially getting it wrong. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They didn't get anything wrong, they were still debating the call letting the clock run out that's when the idiotic irish fans rushed the field.
Guest *KNK* Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 Man, this game will be talked about for YEARS.
Fökai Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 That may the greatest half I've ever seen - and I didn't even get to see most of the final USC drive. I think my hate for Notre Dame football may have just dissipated. EDIT: I need to see the first half. Missed all of it, too.
Urban Warfare Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 That was honestly one of the best football games I have ever seen.
Guest *KNK* Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 Can't wait for the idiot ND fans to bitch about this one.
therealworldschampion Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 Notre Dame maybe falls 1-2 spots in the polls next week.
Fökai Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 Notre Dame maybe falls 1-2 spots in the polls next week. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They should jump up or stay the same after this game. Penn State drops behind them, at least. If anything, LSU jumps to 8, while ND stays at 9.
Guest *KNK* Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 Matt knows that Reggie Bush saved his "legacy" with his play and most importantly, the last second shove on that play.
Guest Vitamin X Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 And now to watch a bunch of cars run in circles for the next couple hours! *click*
Guest *KNK* Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 great timing for NBC to get to the race right @ the green flag.
therealworldschampion Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 *Sees NASCAR, changes the channel*
Bored Posted October 15, 2005 Author Report Posted October 15, 2005 haha Cal loses again! BEAVER FEVER! Louisville loses in overtime 46-44 to West Virginia, blowing a 24-7 lead. No BCS bowl for them.
Guest bigm350 Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 Damn, that SC/ND game was awesome. I'm not an SC fan, but you gotta give it up to them. Alot of people are saying that the fumble going out of bounds was a huge part of the game; which it was, but that 4th and 9 completion to Jarrett for the huge gain showed what kind of team this is; especially under pressure. Oh , yeah, and Hail to the Victors, after that miraculous ending, too! These two games will probably be on ESPN Classic by the end of the week.
