DerangedHermit 0 Report post Posted October 14, 2005 WWE has trademarked the slogan “The Power is Back.” It looks like that will be the company’s new slogan. [credit: PWInsider.com] <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh shit, not the Higher Power!

Guest I miss Test. Report post Posted October 14, 2005 I actually think that a McMahon Power trip could be entertaining and help get the WWE back in the spotlight. For some reason they grab a lot of attention and i actually enjoy watching them. The only question I have is why does it have to include Linda who sucks at everything she does? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> This is why I hate people.

Dobbs 3K 0 Report post Posted October 14, 2005 "The Power is Back" isn't a bad slogan, I guess. It fits the return to USA network. One of the few ways I can think of for this angle to work is this (and it assumes the McMahon family only shows up on RAW, leaving Teddy Long to do his own thing on Smackdown)... Bischoff gets fired by Vince and co. for letting things get out of hand with Austin, etc. Bischoff forms his own group that invades RAW, creating a Bischoff vs McMahon feud on RAW. That would actually be interesting, since there's so much history for them to play off of. The only problem would be that Vince would have to put over Bischoff at some point in the feud, and he'd probably be unwilling to do that.

Guest P-Any Report post Posted October 14, 2005 I like Raw better then SD. But the WWE product in general has weakened of course. But I still find myself entertained at times.
Promoter 0 Report post Posted October 17, 2005 So, how come no one has brought up the possibility of HHH and Stephanie overtaking from the old brood of Vince and Linda? Shane will probably be sent to smackdown or something.
Downhome 0 Report post Posted October 17, 2005 I'm shocked that there isn't more talk about Bishoff and what will happen to him now. I mean, if we have all of the McMahons back on TV, just what in the hell do they even need a RAW GM for anymore? If they all stick around, and if we count Bishoff, that's FIVE authority figures on a single show now. I just hope they have something planned for Bishoff, because I don't want to see him go anywhere.
Promoter 0 Report post Posted October 17, 2005 I guess everyone just assumed Bischoff's screwed and looked past him
haVoc 0 Report post Posted October 17, 2005 They're really trying to push Raw for tonight. The McMahons, the firing of JR, teasing another Austin appearance, return of Kane, Foley, etc,.
Guest I miss Test. Report post Posted October 17, 2005 I'm shocked that people actually give a shit about any of this. If you like watching the McMahons "act" on television, you are stupid. With maybe the exception of Vince around 7 years ago. Just like people who watch reality TV, are stupid.
strummer 0 Report post Posted October 17, 2005 well since Stephanie has new merchandise out, I guess that she's back full time. They might have Vince make her co-GM of Raw or put her with HHH again
