MARTYEWR 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2005 The new HHH set was planned around the same time as the Undertaker set, but things got pushed back for various reasons. I imagine the company managing to bring in Jake Roberts and Bret Hart for their respective projects caused the HHH project to be pushed aside. They keep bringing up a potential HHH set, as well as a Kurt Angle set. It wouldn't shock me if a Vader set (as he has a Legends deal with them) will come out before those two will. I'll approve of it too!
JustJoe2k5 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2005 Considering his first two DVDs were pretty crappy in terms of matches, I think a new DVD would be warranted. His first DVD had his match against Cactus Jack from '00, his first match ever, and Flair/Steamboat from WrestleWar'89. His second DVD was just a collection of matches from '00-'01. If we could get a DVD that highlights his entrance into the company and early feud with Mick Foley, his time with DX from '97-'98, his move up the ladder in '99-'00 with his feud against The Rock, and all the great matches he put on from '00-'01. I would definitely pay to see it.
MARTYEWR 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2005 You know, considering the recent news about the differences between JR and HHH, I'd laugh if what's held up the HHH DVD is JR (or someone else) constantly suggesting that some good additions to the DVD would be HHH's time as Terra Ryzin, some hogpen matches with Henry Godwinn, the Warrior squash at WM12, among other things. nl5xsk1 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2005 Just a general response to the 'but such-and-such match is already on another DVD' ... why would the WWE not release said match on a second DVD? I mean, not everyone buys every DVD.
