Damn I cant believe Wal Mart has the Deluxe BB version for only $16? Thats a strong step down from Best Buy's $22.99 I paid for it unfortunately earlier today.

 

Big question I have is where is the best deal around to get the Batman Box Set? Best Buy had a shitty deal on it and I havent seen much else around otherwise on it.

Walmart had the delux BB DVD for 21.84. The single disk was 14.99. Target, on the other hand, had the Delux BB for 19.99, but they were all sold out.

 

Akso, the extra's disk for BB is awesome. The layout is that of a comic book- and you use you're remote's arrow keys to search out the content in the pannels. IT's not that hard, don't worry.

Oh boy, I had a very hard time trying to find the Batman Anthology box set today. I went to two WalMarts, and neither one of them bad the set. Heck, one of them didn't even get the four Batman flicks in stock at all (only Batman Begins). I went to Circuit City and Best Buy and they were sold out of the box set, and I was told they only got about two in stock at all.

 

I went to Target, and they had one more on the shelf, and they told me they only had two in stock. Lucky for me though, Target had the lowest price also. I also picked up Batman Begins Deluxe Edition, since it was only $19.99 there.

 

I love how they have this box set also. It really fits the series in my opinion, and it just looks great.

 

I also picked up Lifeboat: Special Edition, don't forget to check that one out guys!

I bought the Deluxe Edition at CC. The free lithograph is pretty nice.

I'm guessing the Wal Mart $16 price tag was taken from WM's web site. The site isn't very reliable for in-store prices. Typically, WM's prices vary by region. Some areas might have it for $20, other areas might have it for $22, etc. Your best bet is to check out your local WM. If they have it for a lower price, you can get a price adjustment at BB.

The best in-store price I've found so far is $49.99 at Target.

I picked up the Batman Begins 2 disc. I'm psyched.

 

PS - I also got West Wing Season 1 dvd for 16 bucks, at best buy! Smallvile s1 is also on sale there, as well as a season of Friends.

If anyone's willing to do mail-in rebates FYE's sells the Anthology set for 56.99 with a 15 dollar mail-in rebate.

Yes, beware of the Wal-Mart price. I got it off Walmart.com, and stories have the in-store prices varying greatly.

 

Could always try price matching the online price at Best Buy. Even if you have to order it from Walmart.com and pay the shipping, it's the cheapest price around.
