WWE Tag Team Championship on the line

October 28, 2005

Last week the United States Championship changed hands. Will this be the week that L.O.D. is finally dethroned as WWE Tag Team Champions? The odds are not in Road Warrior Animal & Heidenreich’s favor as they will put their gold on the line in a Fatal Fourway Match against The Mexicools, MNM and William Regal & Paul Burchill. The last time these four teams were involved in a match, all hell broke lose as The Tolands dismantled The Mexicools. Will The Mexicools’ luck change this week?

Plus, last week Cowboy Bob Orton, Jr. faked a back injury to get out of a tag team match with his son against World Heavyweight Champion Batista and Eddie Guerrero. This week there will be no excuses as Cowboy Bob teams up with Randy and Ken Kennedy to take on Batista, Guerrero and WWE Hall of Famer “Rowdy” Roddy Piper. Two weeks ago Piper picked up a win against the Ortons in a Handicap Match. Will the Ortons get revenge or will the “Hot Scot” stay one step ahead of his nemeses?

Also, after Edge and “The Masterpiece” Chris Masters invaded Friday Night SmackDown last week, JBL and Rey Mysterio responded on RAW, with Rey delivering the 619 to Lita. Will RAW be in the house again this Friday night?

Don’t miss all of this and more this week on Friday Night SmackDown at 8/7 p.m. CT on UPN.

So, um, yeah.

Let's see how many pages it gets tonight

Not enough, probably. Didn't catch it yesterday so I don't know what it's like, but it'll hopefully be better than RAW.

I'd be watching it if I wasn't Australian. As it is, I still have to wait another 1 1/2 hours to catch the RAW replay.

I've been wondering since I read the spoilers whether WWE decided to do a tower of doom spot as a reaction to TNA. That's where it was popularized, if not originated, IIRC.

Could be.

But it's slightly more interesting, to me, with a big guy like JBL on the bottom...as it adds height to the move.

Holly just kinda grabbed Matt's balls and didn't stick his head between Matt's legs, like he was suppose to.

Nearly halfway through the show, and this thread hasn't even reached another page.

K, so wow, that was retarded.

And my hate for Sharmell continues.

lol I love how the Spinaroonie can get such praise AND disgust from the announcers when it calls for it.
