Failed Bridge 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2005 from Rotoworld.com RotoWorld.com has learned that Ben Roethlisberger will miss 1-2 weeks after undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery on his right knee. Charlie Batch will start this week against the Packers and Roethlisberger's status for week ten is in doubt. Most likely, he'll return on November 20th - week 11. This is a relatively minor surgery and Big Ben should return at full strength for the stretch run Bettis was also downgraded to doubtful for this week. Steeler fans should feel fortunate that they're playing the Packers this week.
Stephen Joseph 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2005 Thanks. Tells me that I can play Parker with confidence this week
Guest Leelee Report post Posted November 3, 2005 But, since you're an expert, you should have traded away Parker for fucking Chad Johnson, or something. That's annoyed me the most this year... everyone overpaying for him. Oh well. And the Steelers may throw the ball again now.
Dr. Tyler; Captain America 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2005 Best stretch of the season for Ben to get hurt. Put Batch in, run like crazy, beat the Packers and Browns and Ravens again to get ready for Indy. Even if we only go 1-2 through this stretch, it doesn't hurt us that bad. therealworldschampion 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2005 Hmm if the line stays at -3 to -3.5, I'm still thinking of taking Pittsburgh even with the Roethlisberger injury
