pop ups/computer help

i need some help please.

 

it seems everytime i go to a website i get various pop ups. this is fine, i guess. but sometimes i get about 60+ pop-ups in a row which eventually freeze my computer. its come to the point now that they come up before i even click on the internet (i have broadband) so i understamd why this happens even if i haven't clicked on the internet. but, its becoming extremely frustrating.

 

i have spybot & a virus scan - but none are able to delete the files that are causing these problems. does anyone know of any program (preferebly free) online that i can download that will delete all of these problematic issues? whenever i go to manually delete the files, it states that they are being used by other programs thus they can't be deleted.

 

please help if you can.

Run Spybot in safe mode and starting using Firefox or at least get Google toolbar. And it shouldn't even come up (pop-ups) if you dun have any browser open. I have broadband too, I know yo.

download Ad-Awaren another free program. Works like spybot, and it picks up files that spybot does not detect.

it was the trojan vondu.

 

i got spysweeper & it got rid of everything.
