Failed Bridge Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 The refs missed a hold on USC's TD drive too. Instead they called Texas for a hit out of bounds. That was a clear hit out of bounds. He shoved him to the ground about 3 feet out of bounds They could call holding on pretty much every play if they wanted to. Ya but the USC lineman had his hand in the jersey of the DT that's not Rodrique Wright and was holding by the pads.
Urban Warfare Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 If he caught that, it was a major push off by Jarrett.
CanadianChris Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 How was that not a pass interference call?
Bored Posted January 5, 2006 Author Report Posted January 5, 2006 WHAT THE HELL WAS HE THINKING??????????????????????????
Urban Warfare Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 Texas ball, Reggie tries to get cute and it costs him.
Failed Bridge Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 Reggie Bush trying to lateral after about a 40 yard gain? That was real stupid.
CanadianChris Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 Jeez, man, take your 30 yard gain and be happy with it.
Damaramu Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 I cannot believe Reggie Bush just pulled such a bone-headed play. He had them in the red zone!
Brett Favre Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 (edited) He pulled a Randle El. Edited January 5, 2006 by Cena's Writer
CanadianChris Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 Well, I was right about the low scoring first quarter.
Bored Posted January 5, 2006 Author Report Posted January 5, 2006 That's two blown chances to score for USC tonight. Very dangerous for them to do.
Urban Warfare Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 No kidding, SC could easily be up 21-0 right now.
Damaramu Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 Texas is going to screw this opportunity up. I just know it.
CanadianChris Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 How was that guy so wide open? There was no one within five yards. Texas is going to tie it on this drive. They've got their rhythm going.
Failed Bridge Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 Jonathon Scott is an absolute stud at LT. He's the second best OT entering the draft in my opinion. Nice play by Young there. His guys would be wide open like that all day if he looked off the safeties. USC's players over pursue alot of the time and they just aren't taking advantage of it.
Damaramu Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 SEE! I KNEW THEY WOULD SCREW IT UP! Texas has got fumblitis.
Bored Posted January 5, 2006 Author Report Posted January 5, 2006 This is one sloppy title game so far.
CanadianChris Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 Good GOD. That was a horrifying play. Three fumbles now for Texas.
Urban Warfare Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 Texas needs a field goal here. Badly.
Failed Bridge Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 How was that guy so wide open? There was no one within five yards. The USC defense over pursues, so while Young was rolling out to the right the secondary was following him and shifting their coverage to the right side of the field.
Urban Warfare Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 I agree, but it's better than nothing.
Brett Favre Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 Technically, if its like 10-10, and someone hits a FG at the end of regulation...it will win the game.
