Red Baron Posted December 13, 2005 Report Posted December 13, 2005 For me I'm always at a Casino at least once a week to spend my money. Usually at the Blackjack tables since its the best odds of winning some good money pretty quickly. I rarely play the slots unless the tables are packed and the only openings are $25 dollar tables or more. Does anyone else go to Casinos or am I the only one?
Guest Fook Posted December 13, 2005 Report Posted December 13, 2005 I go sometimes, like once every couple of months. Although I should be going a few times during the upcoming holiday season. I stick to the blackjack tables too. Good odds plus I actually enjoy the game. I never play slots or poker. Slots are boring and suck your money and poker can be played outside the casino where you don't have to worry about a rake.
Matt Young Posted December 13, 2005 Report Posted December 13, 2005 Never been to one, but I'm interested in trying sometimeearly next year. Christmas season has sucked away all my cash.
Red Baron Posted December 13, 2005 Author Report Posted December 13, 2005 Craps can be fun if you get a good table going.
kkktookmybabyaway Posted December 14, 2005 Report Posted December 14, 2005 I have other ways to waste my money, but if gambling is your thing then more power to you...
Guest Fook Posted December 15, 2005 Report Posted December 15, 2005 Well I usually win more often than I lose. Not that I think I can gamble for a living or anything, but the last time I went got me almost enough to cover two months rent.
Ced Posted December 15, 2005 Report Posted December 15, 2005 There's an Indian casino about 10 miles away from my house, so whenever they send me some free slot play money every 2 months or so, I pop in, play, cash out the winnings, and jet out. If they had some poker tables, maybe I'd go a little more often than 20 minutes every 10 weeks. A few towns over, there's a really small Asian casino mere blocks away from a high school, but I really hate the atmosphere there and usually avoid it.
nl5xsk1 Posted December 15, 2005 Report Posted December 15, 2005 When I was younger I was more into the casino/cards scene. Blackjack was my favorite game, but I ended up getting pissed at people that would get pissed at me for not playing the right way (e.g. I know that you're supposed to 'stand' on certain cards while the dealer is holding certain cards ... but if I feel like it's more advantageous to get hit, I will ... excuse me for not playing like a robot and just standing/hitting without actually gambling at all). As it is now, I only go to casinos if I'm going to be in Vegas, since I'd rather play sports book or the horses than actual casino games.
Jericholic82 Posted December 15, 2005 Report Posted December 15, 2005 I finally went to Vegas for the first time since I turned 21 (and I'm about to turn 23 on sat for reference purposes) lats month and played a few slots but nothing major. I wanted to bet on some kind of sport but didnt wind up doing so. I'm not really into the gambling or casino thing. Plus I don't drink. Thus Vegas is kinda boring for me now that im not a kid and all the rides and games dont enterain me anymore lol we do have the chumash casino here in my part of socal but I have never been there. they wnated to build one downtown in my city area, but they turned it down due to fears of "criminal activity" (funny considering we have about at least 20 homicides per year in the area)
