TNA's first house this March?

Recommended Posts

It really transfered well.

I can't remember anyone (other than...like A1 not getting his A1 chants) not being over.

I think Styles got the loudest pop of the night (also SharkBoy for being the first face out). Jarrett got the most heat.

I really regret missing that show, but I was in Chicago at the time.

I had no idea you were local, Bryan. Maybe the next time TNA comes around we'll have a beer or something.

That's not too far of a haul.. If and when it happens, we'll hook it up.

Even if TNA did 60% capacity, thats not a bad night. From what I understand, they did close to 70-80%, which is damn good for a promotion still getting its feet off the ground. Combine that with the disaster that SNME was from what I read there, and well.... the ball is in TNA's court right now. Let's just hope they don't fumble it.

*The Insane Clown Posse came out to the ring and praised TNA. They said they would be returning to TNA this summer and they would be looking for championship gold when they did.

:D

There's a special place in hell for all fans of ICP.

Good, I'd hate to have to mingle with the norms.

That's good to know. IMO, the most immediately impact of this show and these VA shows coming up (and whatever other house shows they put on) is that it will help them figure out who's really over and how much. At the very least, if Jeff gets the boring chants on the road, they can't use the overexposed to Orlando excuse anymore...lol.

But if they return...I'll probably drive in again.

Looks like you'll get your chance, BPS. Mike Johnson says they're already planning a return:

TNA is expected to return to Plymouth, Michigan sometime this summer following the great turnout for their debut on 3/17.

this really is sweet news for TNA.

but scott d'amore hitting the canadian destroyer? thats insane!!

and ICP returning in the summer? 2 sides to me on that one. i was a fan of icp when i was like 15/16 and the great malenko is still a good album, but from what ive heard there awful wrestlers. but still, its another team to add to an already great tag team divison. and plus they do have name value.
