Mole Posted January 16, 2006 Report Posted January 16, 2006 King Kong is barely making its budget. EDIT: It made $271,875,680 overseas, so it's doing fine right now.
2GOLD Posted January 16, 2006 Report Posted January 16, 2006 Glory Road was a pretty good film. Solid acting, some funny lines scattered throughout and a strong story. Kinda felt bad for the other half of the team that didn't see a minute but I get what the coach was doing.
RepoMan Posted January 16, 2006 Report Posted January 16, 2006 Hoodwinked seems like it did good with piss poor promotion. I had no idea it existed until Friday and I've been laid off and watching a shit load of TV.
Youth N Asia Posted January 16, 2006 Report Posted January 16, 2006 I've been seeing ads for Glory Road for months...I think I've seen maybe 2 commercials for Hoodwinked. I actually saw Brokeback Mountain this week, good movie, but not this great masterpiece that it's being billed as. As YES, I did get some afterwards...yes, from a girl.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted January 16, 2006 Report Posted January 16, 2006 I saw the thing for Hoodwinked and it looks like CGI from about 3 or 4 years ago.
SuperJerk Posted January 16, 2006 Report Posted January 16, 2006 4 2 The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe Buena Vista Pictures Distribution $12,230,000 $263,441,000 6 3224 SNACK-ATTACK, MOTHERFUCKER!!!!!!
Youth N Asia Posted January 17, 2006 Report Posted January 17, 2006 I was more entertained by "Lazy Sunday" than the actual movie
pochorenella Posted January 18, 2006 Report Posted January 18, 2006 Boxofficemojo.com is now reporting that Glory Road outgrossed Hoodwinked in a photo finish for the 4-day weekend.
