Darth Vader 0 Report post Posted April 10, 2006 I can't believe Toots Mondt isn't in. He's the co-founder of the WWF for christ sakes.
Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted April 11, 2006 Dusty Rhodes and Arn Anderson would be great choices for next year. For the Wrestlemania III feel, they SHOULD induct: Randy Savage Ricky Steamboat Jake Roberts The Honky Man The Killer Bees and for the celebrity wing, they can put in Alice Cooper. Quasar 0 Report post Posted April 11, 2006 The Killer Bees can only go in if The Iron Sheik inducts them. You all know why.
teke184 0 Report post Posted April 11, 2006 I can see all of those but the Killer Bees. I liked them, but I'm sure that you could find guys who should go in before them just from their own time period. For example, I think that Mr. Fuji should make it as a combination of his in-ring career as a tag guy as well as his managing career. For another, I'd go with Hacksaw Jim Duggan. Ken Patera is a guy who *SHOULD* be in but, even in his old age, he's still an asshole and can't handle questions about how he ended up in jail.
Guest Timmer Report post Posted April 12, 2006 It sucks that Animal is still hanging around collecting a paycheck cause the Road Warriors really should had gone in this year instead of the BlackJacks...
spman 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2006 What other tag teams do you think deserve to be in the Hall of Fame? Obviously LOD, Demolition, Freebirds, Rock and Roll Express, etc. but I think you could even make a case for The Bushwhackers / Sheepherders. They had a fairly extensive career, lasting close to 10 years in the WWF alone, and were consistantly the most over opening card act in whatever arena across the globe they were in too, even if they were mostly a comedy act. I certainly think they would qualify, even if they may not have been the most succesful having never won the tag belts.

Guest Heel Heat Report post Posted April 13, 2006 If theyre considering adding Austin to the HOF then they should consider adding Shawn Michaels, theres also the matter of adding The 4 Horsemen, Sting, Terry Funk, Foley, The British Bulldogs, The USA Express, Owen Hart, Brian Pillman, Inoki, Ultimate Warrior (like it or not, he was a big part of the mainstream push), Jake Roberts, Randy Savage... ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2006 Inoki really should get a look in, especially since Verne Gagne went in. Plus then maybe WWE will FINALLY PERMANENTLY recognize Inoki's WWF Title win over Backlund.
Guest burth179 Report post Posted April 13, 2006 I don't know who will get in and when they will, but this is who should be getting in within the next 10 years in my opinion. I guarantee half of this list won't get in because of heat with WWE or WWE won't feel they are deserving, but this is who deserves it IMO. Zbysko (fat chance if he's involved still with TNA, but who knows), Savage, Elizabeth, Sunny, Steamboat, Arn, Flair (if he ever retires), Austin, Foley, Hennig, Rude, Dibiase, Rhodes, Tully, Lawler, Bruno, Backlund, Owen, Windham, LOD, The Anvil (for being part of Hart Foundation), Hall & Nash, Jake Roberts (despite the habits), and the Bulldogs, Bam Bam Bigelow. Also Vader, Sting, Luger (I don't like him but was over with a lot of people for a long time) as primarily WCW guys. Tazz, Dreamer as ECW guys. I never liked Douglas that much, and he has heat with WWE, but I'd say maybe him also... I'd say the Rock also, but who knows, by then he could be active again, he's still only in his early 30's... Current guys that should get in some day - Benoit, Rey, HBK, Angle, Taker, HHH, Jericho. RVD, Sabu(for ECW) Show & Kane are probably close... I have no problem with putting in Japanese guys like Inoki, but would this be limited to guys who did business with WWE or any Japanese? Some others people mention or may be thinking: Earthquake - yeah right... Why not put in Tugboat while you are at Demolition - these guys sucked... Can you say RIP-OFF? However they were champs for awhile. I still say they don't deserve it, but I could see them getting in... But like the other guy said, you can't put them in before LOD. Honkey Tonk - had about 2 good years in the upper mid card, and that was his peak, and I don't remember him doing much else in any other feds so I say that's not quite enough Warrior - didn't have a long run at the top and according to the DVD he's such a pain in the ass backstage, so I say he doesn't deserve it. Probably won't get in, but you never know what the hell Vince will do. Yokozuna - I liked him, and if he would have been around longer I'd say yeah, but he wasn't around that long.. You would probably see Paul Heyman be inducted over certain guys like Douglas, Tazz and Dreamer, who if they were ever inducted, and i dont think they ever would be, theyd have to continue to make some sort of impact for at least 10-15 more years. Shane Douglas run was too short in too small of a capacity for the time, as was Tazz and Dreamers, i know they had the ECW title but comparing that to the WWF, (the original) NWA and WCW titles is like comparing fishsticks to fresh lobster. Guest Timmer Report post Posted April 15, 2006 Why is it that people mention that the ECW people should be Dreamer, Tazz, and Douglas but no love for Raven? WHAT ABOUT RAVEN?!?! Without Raven, no one even mentions Dreamer...
