Scroby 0 Report post Posted April 20, 2006 Skunks When I was 13 through 15 I delivered newspapers and I would come across loose dogs, possoums (scary little motherfuckers those guys are), and every once in awhile a random guy walking around early in the morning but being near a skunk was so much worse. A dog, you can see from a good distance and turn around and walk away slowly but when it came to a skunk, you couldn't really see them. There were a few times when I would start walking towards a porch to drop off a paper and there would could be a skunk just chilling right there. If you stay out of their way, they're pretty good and they'll stay away. But there's plenty of times where I saw one coming stright for me and when he realized I was there, we'd stop and look at each other and I would nicely cross the street and he would go along his way.
