EricMM 0 Report post Posted May 5, 2006 If you can prove someone is a serial killer after one murder, by all means give them the maximum, ask for the life in jail with no bail, what have you. Ditto hate crimes.
Jingus 0 Report post Posted May 7, 2006 So you're advocating locking someone up for life with no parole if they punch a black guy just cuz he might not like the darkies? Ooooookay. And you can't "prove" someone's a serial killer after just one murder. The very definition of "serial killer" is someone who commits a series of similar murders without any material motives. Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted May 8, 2006 Prison is the last place that's going to rehabilitate someone's hateful attitude. The propensity for gangs and race-oriented violence is increased exponentially in a federal pen.
TSA09 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2006 Just an update on this, it is now being reported that while in jail Henry Tuck was beaten up by two inmates, one white the other black. When they entered jail they begged to be segerated from the rest of the inmates and that was denied. After the attack, both boys rae now in isolation and the accused inmates have nothing to worry about. The police will not do anything to them.
Toshiaki Koala 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2006 What if the victim was trying to do more than kiss the 12 year old? They're not very clear about that issue. Good point, man! Like, what if he was trying to touch her boobs or something? If that's the case, the little greaseball absolutely deserved to be beaten and pipe-buttfucked. Why don't we just build the damn fence already!?
Art Sandusky 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2006 Because that would encourage people who say stuff like "greaseball."
Toshiaki Koala 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2006 Either I was too subtle to make it clear that I was joking, or I'm too dense to realize that you knew I was joking. But... I was joking.
