Feedback for 8/3

I think I shoehorned the Syndicated matches in pretty well, which made this show pretty heavy on the wrestling, though the final segment certainly had it's share of emotion.

The inclusion of the Syndicated matches really added to the show. If my wrestling history is correct, it was kinda like the old WWF Prime Time Wrestling program where they'd re-air selected matches from Superstars and/or Wrestling Challenge in addition to first run bouts.

Excellent show all around. Lots of action and great storytelling, especially from those writing the Wildcards-Zack Malibu feud. Super intense way to end the show. Only negative: the match I wrote (Tony Brannigan vs. Logan Mann) was missing! PK has it out for me. :D

AHHHHHHHH I knew I forgot a match. I got an error when I tried to submit the post with your match and had to do it again.

Sorry about that; I'll put it in now.

EDIT: It's in before the 24/7 title match.

This felt like a PPV, it was really stacked, great work by everyone, my favorite match was the 24/7 match, Patty pretty clearly rubbed off on KC, and I'm really glad. Lots of fun. The end, however, bugged me...while I realize in the real world a gun can be used in a situation like that, somehow, in pro wrestling....a gun just feels like it should never be involved. No matter what. But that's just me, and I know I'm a weirdo and a sucky champ. And I really shouldn't be talking, I wanted to bring a katana into a match once in when I was in GCW, so y'know what...I'll shut up now

in reference to the gun - we talked about this for a while and we're all aware of just what a major no-no a gun should be in wrestling, trust me a measure THAT drastic was used for a reason hopefully we can make the pay-off so good that you'll all agree.

As for the show, it really was stacked with a good mixture of competitive matches and squash matches *thumbs up*

I know that Syndicated was a bit of a mess but it's good to see that the pieces are being picked up and put to good use - other than the effects of the outcome of the elimination tag not being felt at all, hopefully next week?

I like the fact that there are several angles that'll lead to major PPV payoff and not just 1 or 2 - it is a shame though that the world title isn't a bigger part of the picture right now.

I'd like to ask people what they thought of the "Talent Scout" segment? just like UVX will eventually go somewhere beyond squash matches this segment will lead to me introducing a permanent character or two to the OAOAST roster, it's just a slow burn idea to give me a chance to experiment with various gimmicks.

Oh, I'm sorry I forgot to mention that, I did enjoy it, Bruce. Have you seen any HUSTLE? There's some gimmicks there I'd love to see you take on

Quite a stacked show, made better by the 'Syndicated' matches. The fact Chicken Mask Jr. was in the main event makes me proud in a very wrong kind of way. Nice to see Bruce doing something equally as...well, nonsequitor. As long as the regular characters get proper airtime to carry the show, it's good to see this sort of light-hearted stuff. I was a little unsure on the gun angle when I heard about it but I think it was pulled off pretty well, to the point it wasn't as much of a shock tactic as it was storyline development. All in all good stuff.

Yeah, it wasn't like Zack stormed down to the ring and pulled a gun out of his waistband like some hackneyed action movie. It was more Zack starting to crack mentally under all the mind games and Bruce crossing the line with his family.
