I can confirm that LOTC and RRR are two seperate entities.

 

I imagine anyone can go back and check posts to do so. Since LOTC and RRR post a lot here they are bound to have posted at the same times on at least a few occasions. That's not 100% proof but it does logically say they're seperated entities.
