slabinskia Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 I was checking out some of the best wwf matches of the 80s discs the other day. I was surprised how much pre 1985 stuff I liked. I thought there were 3 wrestlers that stood out as far as match quality goes. That would be Backlund, Slaughter, and Adonis. Anyone else like some of the matches from that time or at least thought they were better than expected ?

That's tough to say because I already knew how good Backland, the Sarge and Adonis already were. Hmm, yeah I'd say it was a little better than I'd expected. The Backland matches were a lot of fun.
