So I threw all the Roller Coaster Tycoon files in the recycle bin and deleted them. Then I bough thte new delxue Roller Coaster tycoon CD. But every time I want to install it, but it says I need to delete the old Roller Coaster game to be able to put this one in. Help?
tominator89 0 Report post Posted September 21, 2006 You need to uninstall it, not just delete the files.

Guest Princess Leena Report post Posted September 21, 2006 Don't delete games that way. Control panel, add/remove program might work. If not, then you'll probably have to try your luck with a registry cleaner.
Open the Muggy Gate 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2006 Alright, I had already deleted the files before I made the topic like the idiot I am. There is a file in the add/remove just simply titled "Roll". It's part of the RollerCoaster deal, because when I try to click remove, it says it can't find the folder for it and won't let me delete it. And in turn, i can't put in the new CD. And I don't have the old CD to uninstall it. Am I up shit creek?

Your best bet, I think, would be the Daemon Tools route.
