How does someone like that get to be a head coach at a major university?

I think in order to remain a football coach nowadays, you must be a little insane. Your whole life is football, at least for half the year. And you have tons of pressure from others to mold mostly degenerates into a great football team.

Last year's game between MSU and Ohio State when MSU was up 17-7 right before the half and went for a FG, but OSU blocked it and returned it for a TD. That was his rant to the sideline reporter before heading into the locker room.
