Hunter's Torn Quad 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2006 And the DX segments, even in babyface-hating Philly (where ironically they got HUGE babyface reactions), DESTROY Cena's interview segments for crowd heat. Do the DX segments suck? YES. But they're more over than the WWE Champion's. The DX segment with Eric Bischoff a couple of weeks ago lost almost 400,000 viewers. Just because the live crowd pops big, doesn't mean the viewing audience are popping. As for Hunter not losing viewers, you're right to some degree. That gauntlet tag match DX had a month or so ago didn't lose viewers. It also didn't gain viewers. And that was at the top of the first hour, where you never not gain viewers. Hunter's Torn Quad 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2006 Apparently, there are a number of flaws in the original reports. What it doesn't say, among the many mistakes, is that DX and Edge and Orton went back and forth on the mic for a while in the opening segment. Also, Edge and HBK didn't brawl to the back during the main event, but were infact involved in in the finish.
UseTheSledgehammerUh 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2006 Yes, Edge/Orton dress up as DX, make fun of their decade-old gimmick, with Hunter then calling Orton gay and Shawn calling Edge's dick small. Meh. Though I don't get the logic in making fun of a "gay" person and then having 15,000 fans scream "Let's Get Ready to Suck It!"

Darthtiki 0 Report post Posted October 17, 2006 Oh the reason K-Fed is making the rounds is because his shittastic album drops into the 5 cent bargain bin in a couple weeks
Guest NES Fanatic Report post Posted October 17, 2006 Fit Finlay isn't wrestling this week? Oh well, I guess I can't complain too much with the reappearance of David Taylor. Who would've thought back in 1998 that Finlay, Taylor and Regal would be all doing "well" in the WWF 8 years later? Especially after Finlay's horrible injury back in WCW. TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted October 17, 2006 Oh, man. I have Lashley, Benoit, Kennedy and Terkay. You'd think at least ONE of them would make an appearance.
