Mero, made it look like HHH rammed the anvil case/storage contained on Perfect AFTER he won the belt because he "didn't need him anymore", when in reality Perfect pulled out of the company because his "back was acting up", despite being made to look strong against Goldust and HHH at IYH: Buried Alive. Russo BURIED Perfect in that month's magazine for basically being a pussy, he claimed. I honestly dont Remember Marc Mero as IC Champ...I was crazy marking back then..So that should tell you something about that reign..I rememebr HHH being the champ...I do remember now that I read the thin w/ perfect...But Damn I dont rememebr Mero as IC Champ He beat Faarooq on a Raw in the IC Title Tourney Semi-Finals. That might have actually been the first match he used the SSP in WWE too, but i could be wrong about that. Was that the Thursday Raw Thursday Special? But the reigns of Mero, HHH, and Rocky Maivia gimmick were awful.
