DARRYLXWF Posted November 17, 2006 Report Posted November 17, 2006 Very sad news. Some great clips of Friedman - no other economist was as clear in articulating their ideas as Friedman http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbRcmKRv-zo http://video.google.com.au/videoplay?docid...Milton+Friedman
SuperJerk Posted November 17, 2006 Report Posted November 17, 2006 I didn't agree with a lot of his conclusions, but certainly his advocacy for market forces will have influence for generations to come. His defense of the capitalist system and the value of international trade show the benefits of free enterprise better than anyone else I've ever heard. Here's a clip of him with a certain other (in)famous American. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6e5IA2w0xTM Schwarzenegger on Friedman. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABF1uW6wOyg
snuffbox Posted November 17, 2006 Report Posted November 17, 2006 An interview from 1994 was re-aired on Cspan2 last night.
