About 36,000 people according to the 2000 census. It's probably at least a few thousand more now. We are part of the 5.2 million stated in viva's post about metro Houston above.

 

I like it mostly because we are 78% white up here. Oh, and because of no city taxes either.

I think Upland has about 80,000 people. I used to think it was a small amount because LA is about 30-60 mins away.
