I'm confident in the script, because I don't think Carrey would've done it unless it had an excellent script. Since the film will probably tank. Akiva Goldsman wrote Batman and Robin, he went on to pretty good things. I'm willing to give Joel a chance after "Tigerland", "Phantom of the Opera", and "Veronica Guerin".
