Incidentally, who IS running ECW at this point? Storywise I mean. Well they DO still refer to the security guys as Heyman's inforcers......!?! Because Heyman's name is still used on ECW tv. Well yeah, that's what I'm saying, that storyline-wise, Heyman still "runs ECW" Until either..... A. He's offically released. B. Stephanie comes back and says she's the Queen of Extreme....which we later find out is the reason why Francine was released is so Stephanie can start using that nickname.
