We definetly have different tastes. I think he's definetly cute, and what he may lack in appearance, his personality more than makes up for it. Then again, the whole AI group is as bland as white bread; maybe in comparison, he's a shining star. I stopped watching after Chris. Mainly due to having FFXII on pause upstairs, with only a few hours left to play it (PS2 FTWii...okay, I'm done squeeing.) Sonjay is cute, but goddamn, does he WANT to leave? He hardly seems to try. At All. I think he wants to be sent home, but not outright quit. I loved Paula trying her damndest to say a compliment to his performance and Simon calling her on it. As for Sundance..I can't stand the bastard. He gives off the asshole white guy vibe. Yet he'll stay for the finals somehow. Pfft. Randomness: anyone catch that new Foxworthy show? I know Blake Lewis will survive for a while, but the guy is a one note singer who does his scat gimmick. Once he has to do something beyond that he's going to be tossed in a hurry. Ditto Chris Richardson. There are way too many guys that give off a gay vibe on Idol. That AJ dude, Malakar of course is the most flaming, the black dude who sang Cyndi Lauper. He knows exactly what he is and makes the best of it. He knows what AI really is (reality TV masquerading itself as a singing contest). And very talented, funny and charming. And Sundance is definitely making the final 12. I'm glad VFTW stuck with him. When Sundance is forced to get away from those "bluesy" songs that he sings ok, hilarity will ensue. naiwf 0 Report post Posted February 28, 2007 It's from the opposite direction but he didn't think Chris should have made it through his first audition, and he's only outselling Taylor & McPhee as well as Ruben, Clay AND Fantasia's most recent outings combined right now. My gut says that he'll end up being the # 3 alum from the show in the long run behind only Carrie and Kelly. He also didn't think Bo should have made it, and he ended up 2nd that year.
