Song question about a movie or tv show...driving me nuts

I heard a song today called "All my little words" by the Magnetic Fields. Does ANYONE know what movie or tv show that was featured in? It's bothering me

I want to say that they used it in The Shield, but not 100% sure about that.

"All My Little Words" appears on The Shield episode "Pay In Pain", which incidentally, is a line from said song. The episode aired in 2002.

Yeah, it was used on The Shield, and, according to Wikipedia, it was used in the episode entitled "Pay in Pain" from 2002.
