You know they have that match coming up with Cena and HBK at No way out.....plus they're probably the assumed defacto heels being the Smackdown guys on Raw. Also, Taker/Batista have a match against Cena/HBK so, yeah, angry attack before a match. I don't know where it started, but someone on an IRC channel I chat in started saying how Melina totally botched her entrance and fell on the floor... she like, barely slipped off the apron and jumped right back on. TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2007 I don't know how edited it will be, when I realised that it was on a two hour delay I didn't come into this thread throughout Raw I didn't want it to be spoiled, I just assumed we were watching it live when I started this thread, hence why we suck at spoilers. Melina did slip but recovered not so well, only for Mickie James to slow when she tried to get into the ring during her enterence, she had a McMahon quad tear moment, but it wasn't so bad for her, just looked arkward. Piper coming out was a really special moment, at least for me, when Umaga's music hit I just thought 'fuck it'. I'm not really a fan of these situations, especially with Piper's recent history, but all in all, it was great to see Piper excited again. The main event was jumbled up, referee had no control over anything. Michaels went to kick Orton earlier, but he ducked and Taker caught his foot. Taker then went to chokeslam Michaels, but stopped and turned and got Orton. Later, Orton capatalised by pushing Michaels into Taker to get Taker out of the ring, and ate SCM. edit: I realise this was all covered above. Well, they were the quick snippets. UseTheSledgehammerUh 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2007 I downloaded and watched Raw. My thoughts: Edge's creepy explanation about how they should injure the champs/#1 contenders was good. I clapped for Piper. The legends selling for Umaga was really lame, awful segment that will probably end in Legend Vs. Umaga at WMania. A lot of No Way Out's luster was lost during the main event, IMO. We get Ashley/Melina at WMania, Melina jealous over Ashley's media coverage. Melina has a title shot next week. Hardy and Masters were both sluggish. Bot not awful. Hardy messed up the finish. Carlito/Flair angle is entertaining and good for both. Eugene is seemingly a babyface again. HBK disrespected Taker; misunderstanding followed, Cena decided to get involved and got slammed for it. Besides, they're on another show; on Smackdown, they would have been cheered. Downhome 0 Report post Posted February 16, 2007 If Vince would be willing to make fun of himself, what they should do is have Vince's guy lose the match. Vince tries to run away, but the guy with Trump stops Vince, brings him into the ring. They have Trump in the ring ready to cut Vince's hair off, and when he goes to grab Vince's hair, he just pulls it right off, a hairpiece. Then Trump goes on to shave what little hair is actually on Vince's head. It would be simple to do (just shave parts of it off before the match, but make sure to get a piece that looks just like his hair now), and to me would be a pretty funny moment.
