Actually, King of the Ring 98 is the first Tagged release from the Attitude Era. The scratch logo and all mentions of WWF are left in unedited. There was an edict stating that in the U.K. (maybe Europe also?) that old releases could be re-released without the scratch logo on the cover. This goes for games as well as videos and the likes.

The Tagged Classics themselves are the Colosseum Home Video versions with any extra interviews (Flair: Rumble 93) left in and any clips made (Harts - Demos: WMVII) are also intact sadly. Still from around 95 onwards, every PPV is just about complete with original music intact but again any music edits (Cindi Lauper, Hogan : WMI) are still the same.

Hope that helps, and hopefully I've got this right. I'm not quite the legal eagle.
