His feud with Zack was nearing Lex Luger-Sting levels, where Luger was off TV for almost two months with only one promo appearance. How 'bout that for some useless triva? It takes balls to interrupt a OAOAST legend. VX showing no respect, and he got treated in kind. Of course he'd go on to gain some revenge later in the show...with help from TLC. The OAOAST catering to the smarks with the AS promo on Drek Stone. In all seriousness, PK is right, that one promo gave the AM ME, which is already a big deal in itself, an epic feel. Bo vs. Abir: The Nerdlys have officially become our version of the Dudley Boyz. Easy pay check for Bo. A Money in the Bank battle royal? That thing may very well turn into a novel. Malibu delivers the goods with his promo. Now I have to read his match from Syndicated to fully understand the deal with Sly, which he explained well but I still gotta read the match. Haunting words from Wolfenstein, at least for James Riggs. Powerful segment featuring Leon Rodez. Give the man his match! Reject vs. Riggs: Truth be told, I nearly used the exact "rape" line when Charlie almost kissed Mackenzie in my 6-man match. Anyway, good match. I'm liking this Riggs-Wolfenstein storyline. Patty's awesome. That's all you really need to know. That '70s Dude reference! Maddix/Cortez vs. D*LUX: Kick ass match, followed by an equally kick ass promo from NYU, to end a newsworthy show. Match of the Night: D*LUX vs. Maddix/Cortez Line of the Night: Co-winners. A first, I think. "You wanted to see me Mr... uhm... Mister... Does this mean that NYU will be doing some writing as we head into AngleMania VI? Please tell me yes. Glad to see him back. -Props to Zack Malibu for letting me use Caboose. -Wow. AngleSault unleashed the motherfucking FURY~! on Drek Stone! Great segment. It's nice to see that with AngleMania VI only a month away, the heavy duty buildup has begun for the main event. Awesome. -Six-Man Tag Team Championship Match: The Beverly Hills Blonds & CPA vs. America's Team & "The Current Big Thing" Brock Ausstin: Good match here. CPA DID look impressive in his first match in the OAOAST. We haven't seen much of the Six-Man Tag Team Champions in a while, which disappoints me. I hope they wrestle at AngleMania VI. -OAOAST 24/7 Championship Match: Bohemoth vs. Abdullah Abir Nerdly: HA! Adopted Arabian son. That's great! Total squash, but still an entertaining one. There should be more Nerdlys on OAOAST TV. Seriously. -So THAT'S why there's going to be a Battle Royal at AngleMania VI this year. Nice twist on the Money In The Bank concept. I seriously have no idea who's going to win that match, which I'm sure is a good thing. I'm interested in seeing who'll be in the match. -Loved Zack's promo. He started it off by joking around and then got super serial. I like that we haven't actually had an in-ring confrontation between Zack and Drek yet. I hope it stays that way, to help build to the AngleMania VI match. Good to see the storyline for the match being established. -Good short segment between James Riggs and James Wolfenstein. -Excellent segment with Leon Rodez and AngleSault. It really adds to the drama of the Rodez-Cortez match at AngleMania VI. I have no idea what's going to happen next in this feud. And that's not a bad thing...that's a good thing! -X-Divison Championship Tournament: Quarterfinals Match: James Riggs vs. Reject: Good, short match between these two heels. I was kind of surprised that the fact that these two guys were heels wasn't brought up at all. I'm liking this here Riggs-Wolfenstein storyline. Has anyone seen Bruce Blank? Should I assume that there will be an AngleMania VI match between these two? No? Maybe? -I liked Brock Ausstin offering to fight James Riggs. That was cool. -Patty O'Green is awesome. Hilarious segment. -More from Drek! Yes! The Drek/Hoff friendship is dead. Awww. That's so sad. They've had some good times together. We're seeing Drek's world fall apart right before our very eyes. -HI-YAH World Tag Team Championship Match: D*LUX vs. Landon "La Cucarcaha" Maddix & "Urban Legend" Todd Cortez: Great main event. Really liked the action, and Leon Rodez was terrific on commentary. Landon was great at playing to the crowd. The best was when he said, "KOBASHIIIIIIIIII...". I liked the build to Cortez/Rodez, but just like America's Team and Brock Ausstin, I hope D*LUX aren't left off the card at AngleMania VI. There's gonna come a time when Todd Cortez and Landon Maddix turn on each other. I just know it! -And we end the show with an excellent promo from "Reckless" Drek Stone. This feud is getting good now! I can't wait for next week! NYU did a great job tonight turning Drek Stone into public enemy #1. The smoking at the end was a nice touch. I hope Zack Malibu destroys Drek Stone at AngleMania based on how he acted tonight, and I mean that in the best way possible. Drek and Zack are ready for AngleMania VI, I know they are. I liked this show alot better than last weeks. Lots of good stuff happening. All the AngleMania VI matches have great buildup thus far. I'm really excited for next week's show. Thumbs up, gang!
