Board or Spyware?

Yea, just something I started noticing about yesterday, some of the topics on the board have words in them that are underlined and green (Such as Ric Flair's name in one of theWWE topics) and if I hover over them I get a little ad type box that allows me to search those things on the web.

 

And I'm just wondering is it the board, or am I the only one getting this, and it's some kind of spyware or something?

That's the IntelliTXT advertising that I commented about in the suggestion box thread. I don't know if it's spyware or not, but you're definitely not the only one getting it.

Yeah it's an official function of the board. I pray Mike doesn't keep those around for long, those things are awful.

As I stated before this is ONLY a test. I was approached by someone with this company and turned them down initially, but the offer was raised, so I agreed only on a temporary basis to see if its worth while. Like most advertising on the net, unless your a face book, my space, or you tube, your advertising revenue is less than some people make looking for quarters on the floor in an arcade or casino. They are NOT spy ware and do NOT install anything on your computer. I do research things like that before i go popping them on the site.
